Every laptop and Chromebook we sell carries a three-month warranty from the date on your receipt.
Covered
- Mainboard failure
- Screen failure that is not physical damage
- Keyboard, trackpad and port failure
- Storage or RAM failure
- Charging faults and faulty chargers
Not covered
- Cracked or pressure-damaged screens
- Liquid damage
- Battery capacity after the first 30 days
- Damage from a non-original or faulty third-party charger
- Any machine opened by another repairer
How to claim
Bring the machine to the shop, or send it to us, with your order number. We diagnose it within two working days and tell you exactly what we found. Repairs are done in-house wherever possible; where they are not, we replace the unit.
Accessories
Chargers, bags, mice, hubs and stands carry a 30-day replacement guarantee against failure.
