How to pay
We take payment by direct bank transfer. When you place an order you will see our account details on the order confirmation screen and in the email that follows.
- Place your order and choose Bank Transfer at checkout.
- Transfer the exact order total, using your order number as the narration or reference.
- Send the payment receipt to us on WhatsApp so we can match it quickly.
- Once we confirm the payment, the system emails you a payment receipt and we get your order moving.
Orders are held for 48 hours. If payment has not arrived by then the stock goes back on sale.

We do not ship outside Nigeria.
Returns
If the machine is faulty
Tell us within seven days of receiving it. We will repair it, replace it with the same or better specification, or refund you in full — your choice. We cover the cost of getting it back to us.
If you simply changed your mind
Return it within three days, unmarked and with everything it came with, and we will refund the price of the item. Delivery costs are not refunded and you cover the return trip.
What is not covered
- Physical damage: cracked screens, liquid spills, bent chassis
- Software problems caused after the machine left us, including malware
- Anything opened or repaired by someone else
- Batteries after the first 30 days — batteries are consumable and we tell you the tested capacity before you buy
Refunds go back to the account the transfer came from, within five working days of us receiving the item.
